Note about OTEC Library PDF files
Document Actions
Many of the PDF files have been converted from scanned images of the documents. This means that the accuracy of the content is not very good at times. We have the originals.
For most documents which are not high resolution PDF files we hold the paper originals or high resolution scanned images which have not been converted by Optical Character Recognition (OCR).
If you need access to high resolution versions of the documents in the library please contact us so we can arrange for you to download them. The images are too large to keep in the library permanently, so we have them on off line media which allows us to access them if we need them.
